Russia Can Become a Health Care Model for the World

Russia needs support and protection against the West. The non aligned movement had a goal here and could offer this. The NATO will try to use its several times higher military budget than that of Russia to develop a sufficient big military supremacy to Russia to make it follow its politics and the madness which is included there.
