I read that the Cambodian leader wanted to offer Thaksin no more a platform for his political activities. This article I did not find anymore later.
I recommend the Cambodian leader not to give this as a present to the Thais. They are often greedy.
So you can offer to cut the platform for Thaksin for something in return or just not do it.
