Everytime America wants to get money ask for military High Tech in return. If not don't give them money. Russia can do the same.
BRIC countries and others you should build a creditor alliance to use the need of money of the US government for your advantage like the above mentioned. You may have the chance to play with the possible bankruptcy of the US for your advantage.
Economists can do experimental games with the bankruptcy of the US or with avoiding it to find ways to find ways to optimize the profit against the US.
Military High Tech must the US give away either to get money or it is in the bankrupt's assets.
