Barack Obama significant reduces human rights, the rule of law and introduces some tyranny with the support of the senate and the house.
The house has already approved the bill. The Republicans have a majority there.

The law which allows infinite detention of any person without trial.

So any emerging political leader not in line with the desires of the ruling can be arrested and locked away infinitely and republicans and democrats, which both support the bill, will rule forever.

It shows also the weakness of American democracy and how easy it is to introduce tyranny. No hard resistance seems to be there or seems to be possible against this. So further steps into tyranny are likely to follow.

Attention must be paid that the American step towards tyranny does not spread to other countries.
