The defense spending of the US is 10 times as much as that of the third biggest spender in the world.

USA             711 billion $
China            145 billion $
Russia             72 billion $

With such spending the US is a threat to the national security  to most if not all countries in the world.
It wants to be such a threat it wants to control the world.
If this remains or gets worse it can at gunpoint get whatever it wants without paying and can command around
anyone it wants shape countries to its  needs wants detrimental to the people.

So the BRIC countries should get together and decide about sanctions against the US to bring defense spending of the US down to an reasonable level that is a fraction of the current.
If it was possible to get it down to 200 billion$ the US would still be the highest spender but more bearable
to the world.
