I tried to find a lawyer for a case in Mind control technology in Germany some years agol It was not possible to find one. Why?

Mind control technologies are not regulated. Exactly these technologies enable torture, brainwashing and murder without any trace. As long as these technologies are not effectively regulated and law enforcement in this area is effective as well crimes with this weapons are sure to an unknown scale also in Europe and the USA.
They will further on be done. The fact that governments do not regulate the weapons up to now indicates they prefer to take advantage of them. It is unlikely that governments do not regulate something which can be used to exercise power outside the legal system if they are not inside the abuses.
